I recently acquired the cremains of an 80 year old couple that sadly passed away 1 month apart, she from a heart attack and he from a broken heart. 💔

These cremains were destined to be forgotten and unappreciated, so it is my profound honor to craft them into something beautiful so that they will be loved by many.

It’s clear by their timeline that they couldn’t bear to be apart, so I have combined their ashes and suspended them in these stunning hourglasses so that they may be together once again.

Standing at 5” tall and made from high-quality brass and glass, this item is not overbearing yet still commands attention and evokes a powerful response in those who see it.

Engage others in healthy discussions about the inevitable while appreciating the beauty of both life and death.

With your purchase you will receive a copy of the cremation certificates which will provide the information that has been blacked out in the image below.

Also available are EMPTY hourglasses! 🖤 Your loved one/pet was an important part of your life. What better way to honor them than in a final vessel that inspires wonder, awe and curiosity? Each empty hourglass comes disassembled and takes but minutes to fill and reassemble. To inquire, feel free to message me.

Human cremains are legal to possess in all 50 states.

Just received this beautiful hourglass and was super excited to add it to my little curiosities collection. Tasteful and thought provoking.

Beautiful hourglass, well-packaged and clearly assembled with love. Exactly as described; maybe more bone fragments than expected (I may remove and grind them further so the hourglass actually functions.) I didn’t read the description or look at all the photos (shame on me), and I was touched to see the cremation certifications and learn these cremains belonged to a lovely couple.

Thanks for this wonderful creation, Matt!
